RFL4.3 What is a false representation?

According to Uk visas and immigration, "A false representation is when an applicant or third party lies or makes a false statement in an application, either orally or in writing". They further went on to write  ""However, you must should not refuse an applicant because you suspect that false representations have been made or because of minor inaccuracies in the application".  https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/deception-in-an-application-rfl04-paragraph-3207a/deception-in-an-application-rfl04-paragraph-3207a

Note that this applies to applications submitted by an applicants  and its a guidance for the Caseworker but since this as been used to judge my entry into the UK with a valid LLTR then lets  break my case down.

On the removal document the Immigration officer issued me stated that "they are satisfied false representation was provided in my previous application (recall-  the application that went smooth without issues in January 2013 and I was issued LLTR in February 2013). I have challenged UK immigration to provide me their evidence of false representation. I would let you know how they miraculously came up to that conclusion based on suspicion. They had no paper evidence to work with so how did that happen? All based on suspicion which they have clearly indicated is not acceptable.  If my previous application documents were all false representation please indicate which part is.

You make the law and you break it !!!!

I am certain the best decision I have made during the course of this unfortunate event is to lodge my appeal. You have no right what so ever to accuse me based on your suspicions.

Do you know that allegation is grounds for refusal of any future application I submit? Am sure they are very much aware. Here is the catch - May be to prevent me access into the UK in future when I apply to return with my Husband or potentially to frustrate my return I just dont know. So If I had left as they suggested, I may never be granted Visa to return to the UK with my husband.

Do not be deceived when you receive a decision that says you have been ban for 1 year, 5 years, 10 years or whatever advising you to apply afterwards from your home country, you may never be issued any category of Visa until you die. If you have a case and a very strong one like mine fight UKBA with all your strength. However my fight is to be given the opportunity to make informed decision refer to my first post http://mblmbyteemamms.blogspot.co.uk/2015/02/accused-of-deceptionby-ukba-any-proof.html  I was wrongly advice by UK visa and Immigration staff and they need to fix their mistake period.

This brings me back to the Interview room.....
NAMEless officer: "You are aware that there are loads of sham marriages in the UK".. with the look  on her face *is your marriage a Sham*
In my head I thought ...Image result for surprised emoticon " like seriously you are accusing me of one" another suspicion.

Me: "I am sure, you are wasting your time My marriage isn't one ".

In my head I continued why the F*** would I bother with 3 expensive weddings for Gods sake. Who does that to prove a ****ing point.

In the end on the same removal notice it ended with  " I do not doubt your relationship is Genuine"...

#What a Joke who are they kidding#. Definitely not me..... A dark brown chocolate girl.
